Only what you give us: your name, email, phone number, organization, and message when you contact us; your email when you subscribe to the newsletter or download a publication. We also record how you reached us (for example the campaign link you clicked) to understand which channels work.
Why we use it
To answer your request, to send you the newsletter you asked for, and to improve this website. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you did not ask for.
Website analytics
We measure visits with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics hosted on our own servers. No personal profile is built and no data is shared with advertising networks.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored in our client system hosted in Saudi Arabia. Our booking tool and email delivery providers may process limited data outside the Kingdom under contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in every email. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
